Fred Combs, AICP, has a diverse background in research assistant roles at the University of Kansas and Clemson University. Currently, Fred serves as the General Manager at Lextran, where Fred also holds the title of Director of Planning, Technology, and Community Relations, as well as the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Liaison Officer. Additionally, Fred previously worked as an adjunct statistics instructor at Bluegrass Community and Technical College. Fred holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from Clemson University, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Technology from Bluegrass Community and Technical College.
