Franck JOLY is a legal expert and lecturer with extensive experience in labor law and business law. Since April 2019, JOLY has contributed as an author for "L'essentiel Droit des entreprises en difficulté" at Lextenso and has served continuously as an author for EDITIONS TISSOT since January 2016. JOLY has specialized as an attorney in labor law since July 2013 after being sworn in on June 17, 2013, following a role as a legal expert at NEOCIAL. Additionally, JOLY has been a lecturer in social law at the Institut catholique de Vendée since September 2003, teaching at various academic levels. Previous experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Labor and Labor Inspector at DIRECCTE Vendée from January 2003 to June 2012. JOLY holds educational qualifications from Université de Nantes - Faculté de Droit and completed training for labor inspectors at the Institut National du Travail et de la Formation Professionnelle from 1998 to 1999.
