Lisa Parson is an experienced training and support professional with a diverse background in technology instruction and user readiness. Currently employed at Morgan Stanley since May 2018, Lisa focuses on applications training and support, recently transitioning from Skype to TEAMS and preparing for a pilot of M365 Copilot. In addition, Lisa serves as an End User Technology Trainer, providing training sessions for senior executives. Previous experience includes roles at the Ford Foundation as an Instructional Designer, where a web-based course on a new grant management system was developed, and at Con Edison, delivering software and hardware support for executive meetings. Additionally, Lisa's work spans various organizations, including developing training materials for Starwood Hotels & Resorts and offering software training for Ogilvy & Mather. Lisa holds a B.A. in Theatre and English from the University of Mississippi.
