Christian McMillan has been working in the professional world since 2015. Christian began their career as a Liability Adjuster at Allstate, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to a role as an Analyst at bswift. Christian currently works as a Software Systems Analyst at Lextegrity, a position they have held since 2021.

Christian McMillan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Oakland University between 2011 and 2015. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making from LinkedIn. Christian is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Data Science from DePaul University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
