Alexis Rubell has over 20 years of professional experience in research, editorial, and production roles. From 2014 to present, they have served as the Director of Research at LexPro Research LLC, a leading provider of domestic and international due diligence, risk mitigation, investment and litigation support, and business intelligence services. At LexPro, they have also held roles as Senior Research Analyst and Research Analyst. From 2001 to 2014, they were employed at Media Ventures, Inc., where they were promoted from Editorial Assistant to Managing Editor within 9 months. As Managing Editor, they were responsible for creating and overseeing workflow of company-wide master schedule, supervising and training editors, researchers, and proofreaders, and overseeing on-deadline delivery to printer of Yellow Page inserts. As Associate Editor, they were responsible for researching, sourcing, and verifying all directory, nondirectory, and mapping information; re-writing, proofreading, copy editing any directory and desktop publishing assignments.

Alexis Rubell attended the University of Iowa from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.
