Nadya Kirichenko has worked in the legal field for over 15 years. Nadya began their career in 2005 as a Senior Legal Counsel at Natixis. In 2008, they joined the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as an Associate. In 2013, they moved to Obelisk Support as a Legal Project Manager and In-house Counsel. Since 2019, they have been at Lexoo, first as Senior Legal Counsel, then as Senior Legal Project Manager, and currently as Head of Lean Legal.

Nadya Kirichenko studied Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 1998 to 2005, obtaining a Law Degree. In 2007, they completed a Certificate in International and Comparative Law at the USD Summer Programme (London College of Law). Nadya then attended BPP Law School from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a GDL in Law.
