Thomas is experienced in telesales, customer service, promotions, and team leadership. Thomas holds Level 2 NVQ degrees in Team Leading and Business & Administration from New College Redditch. In their current role, Thomas collaborates with Business Development Managers and independent pharmacies to optimize purchasing processes and profit margins.
