Prior to this role, Kitman Kong accumulated over two decades of experience at Lexmark International (China) Ltd, where positions included Sourcing Director for Asia Pacific and Senior Supply Chain Manager. Kitman Kong holds a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, earned between 2004 and 2006.
