Therese Steiner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operational effectiveness, currently serving as the Senior Director at LexisNexis since June 1997, where responsibilities include overseeing strategy and operational excellence for Global Customer Operations. Previous roles at LexisNexis encompass various leadership positions focused on operational effectiveness and customer success. Prior to LexisNexis, Therese Steiner was an instructor for LSAT, SAT, and ACT prep classes at Kaplan and served as an assistant in the Office of the Comptroller at DeSales University. Academically, Therese Steiner holds a JD from the University of Dayton School of Law, a BA in English Communications from DeSales University, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Process Improvement from Villanova University.
