Mark Gilmore possesses extensive experience in talent management and global reward strategies, currently serving as VP Talent & Capability and VP Global Reward at LexisNexis since April 2006. Prior roles include Interim HR Director APAC and VP Global Reward at RELX Group, where responsibilities involved enhancing business solutions and improving functional capabilities within Centers of Excellence. Earlier career highlights include Director of Performance & Reward at ICI Paints and various roles at Diageo and Old Mutual, focusing on compensation and remuneration strategies. Mark holds a B.Comm in Accounting & Economics from the University of Cape Town, a Post Graduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa, and an FCMA designation from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
