Jolyon Gray is an accomplished Director of Operations & Quality Engineering at LexisNexis UK, where responsibilities include managing Operations, Quality Engineering, and Technical Delivery Projects. With extensive experience in quality management across diverse legal and tax products, Jolyon has previously led teams of quality assurance professionals in both the UK and internationally. Prior experience includes a career break focused on extended travel in South East Asia and various roles at BT, ranging from Specialist Test Consultant to Service Delivery Project Manager. Jolyon began a career in technology education as a Java Tutor and holds an MSc in Natural Computation and a BSc in Computer Science & Software Engineering with Business Studies from the University of Birmingham, both with distinction and first-class honors.
