Taoufik Azzouzi has extensive experience in the legal and notarial fields, currently serving as a General Advisor at the Union Internationale du Notariat since November 2022 and as the Chief of the Justice Reform Mission in Mauritania for the European Union since July 2022. Concurrently, Azzouzi holds the position of President of the Conseil Regional des Notaires de Rabat, alongside roles as President of the Training Department and First Vice President. Additionally, Azzouzi is the Co-Scientific Director of the "Mena Business Law Review" at Lexis Middle East and has been involved as a consultant in alternative dispute resolution methods for USAID projects since 2008. Azzouzi has practiced as a Notary since July 2003, managing various independent notarial studies and contributing to the Regional Investment Centre in Rabat-Kénitra as a board member until late 2022. Previous leadership includes serving as President of the Public-Private Partnerships Commission at UINL from April 2014 to October 2016. Educational background includes attendance at Lycée Moulay Rchid in Fes.
