Douglas Blanc Jr., SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and compliance, currently serving as the Assistant Director of QA/Compliance at The Arc Lexington since February 2020. Prior to this role, Douglas Blanc held the position of Human Resources Recruitment Manager at The Arc Lexington from November 2017 to August 2019. Douglas Blanc's career in the field began at Liberty ARC, where roles included Assistant Director, HR Manager, Family Services, and Day Habilitation from July 2007 to November 2017. Academically, Douglas Blanc earned a Bachelor's degree from the University at Albany and an Associate's degree from Fulton-Montgomery Community College.
