Alícia Massotti Vilafranca's work experience includes:

- Currently working at Lexidy as a Legal Trainee since March 2022.

- Previously worked at Núcleo de Estudo Luso-Brasileiro da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa as a Secretária Especial de Administração de Conflitos e Apoio à Diversidade since January 2021.

- Prior to that, worked at the same company as an Assessora de Eventos from December 2019 to November 2020, and as an Assessora da Secretaria Especial de Administração de Conflitos e Apoio à Diversidade from December 2019 to November 2020.

- Also worked at King's College London as a Delegate at the United Nations Development Programme for the London International Model United Nations in February 2020.

Alícia Massotti Vilafranca started their education journey in 2016 at Itchen Sixth Form College, where they completed the Autumn and Winter Term of high school. In 2018, they enrolled at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law. Alongside this, they studied at Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, where they completed their Licenciatura in an unspecified field of study. Alícia completed their education at both institutions in 2018 before moving on to other endeavors.
