Jennifer Dick, PMP, currently serves as Senior Director of Development & Quality at Lexicon since November 2023. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at MiTek as a Software Project Manager from October 2022 to November 2023 and returned to Lexicon from February 2014 to October 2022, where roles included Director of the Project Management Office & Application Development and Project Manager. Earlier in Jennifer's career, positions included HR Supervisor at HDA, Inc. from May 2011 to February 2014 and HR Generalist at Client Services Incorporated from May 2006 to May 2011. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from UMSL.
