Dustin Polk is currently the Safety Manager and Safety Coordinator at Lexicon, Inc., a position held since October 2018, where Dustin focuses on enhancing safety culture in the construction and maintenance sectors through engagement and training. Prior to this role, Dustin worked as an Install Technician at Ritter Communications for a brief period and served as a Criminal Investigator for the Mississippi County Sheriff Department from September 2014 to October 2018, handling crime investigations and case preparations. Earlier experiences include working as a Millwright at Schueck Steel (2011-2013) and as a Patrol Corporal with the Blytheville Police Department (2006-2011). Dustin's educational background includes a brief tenure at Black River Technical College and completion of high school at Blytheville High School.
