Jay Klausner currently serves as the National Manager of Pilot Success at Lexia Learning, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jay was a Consultant with Yardi from October 2020 and worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from December 2011 to October 2020 as a Senior Field Services Engineer and other senior consulting roles, focusing on SaaS solution implementations for educational systems. Jay has extensive educational experience, having served as an Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University from 2004 to 2018 and held various administrative roles including Principal at Freehold Township Board of Education and Assistant Principal at Manalapan-Englishtown Regional Schools. Jay's educational background includes an EdD (ABD) from Seton Hall University, an MA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a BA in History from Binghamton University.
