Viacheslav Minchonok has worked as a Frontend Developer since 2011, starting as a Freelancer. In 2013, they joined Wap3 as a Frontend Developer, and in 2014 they worked at Baatoot in the same role. In 2015, they worked at Taikitech as a Frontend Developer and at AdForge Corporation as a Full-stack JavaScript Developer and UI/UX. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Frontend Developer at Pragmatic Play and as a Lecturer at STEP IT Academy. In 2019, they became a Contract Software Engineer at Lexi Devices, Inc.

Viacheslav Minchonok received their Diplom in Software Development from Zhytomyr State Technological College from 2007 to 2011. Viacheslav then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Software Development from Zhytomyr State Technological University from 2011 to 2015. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2016 to 2019.
