Allan Spissinger is the CFO and Corporate Secretary at Lexaria Bioscience. Allan has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, and has held various positions in both public and private companies.

Allan started their career at West-Guard, where they were the Chief Financial Officer. Allan was responsible for the company's financial planning and analysis, as well as overseeing the accounting and finance team. Allan then moved to BECK GLASS INC, where they were the Chief Financial Officer. Allan was responsible for the company's financial planning and analysis, as well as overseeing the accounting and finance team.

In September 2014, Allan joined Lexaria Bioscience as the Corporate Controller. In this role, they were responsible for full cycle accounting, GST, AR, AP, Inventory, Inventory Costing. Allan also oversaw the CSE, EDGAR, and SEDI filings. In May 2017, Allan was promoted to CFO & Corporate Secretary. In this role, they are responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the company, as well as overseeing the accounting and finance team.

Allan Spissinger is a Chartered Accountant (CA) who specializes in accounting. Allan attended the Chartered Accounting School of Business, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration. Allan also attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they studied accounting and business management. In addition, they hold certification from Wharton Online in leadership and management, as well as from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia (ICABC) in chartered accountancy.

Their manager is Chris Bunka, Chairman & CEO. Allan Spissinger works with and John Docherty - President and Director.
