Rosmy Quiros is an experienced professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and production management. As the founder of Mejora Continua LLC since May 2012, Rosmy has supported experts and entrepreneurs in implementing continuous improvement tools alongside emotional intelligence to enhance administrative processes. Currently serving as the Production Coordinator at Lex Products, Rosmy oversees a team of production supervisors and ensures adherence to health and safety standards. Previously, Rosmy held roles as Production Team Leader at LogoUp.com and Production Manager at Grupo Irex, where responsibilities included managing personnel, increasing productivity through KPI monitoring, and leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
