Phil Roberts has over 20 years of experience in engineering and product management within Lewmar. Currently serving as an Engineering Professional and Engineering Manager since January 2012, Phil focuses on leading engineering initiatives. Previously, from March 2001 to April 2008, Phil held the position of Product Manager, successfully developing the TT Range of Bow Thrusters and expanding the Thruster business. Additionally, Phil worked as a Project Engineering Manager at Lewmar from May 1986 to June 1991. Education was obtained in the Isle of Man.
