David McDonald CEng FIET is an experienced Managing Director, leadership coach, and skilled facilitator currently leading David McDonald Consulting since April 2019. In addition to this role, David serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at Doulos and a member of the Board of Trustees at Lewis-Manning Hospice Care. David's prior experience includes leadership positions such as Group Chair at Vistage UK, Managing Director at Chemring Technology Solutions, and Vice President of Global Business Development and Strategy at Chemring Group PLC. With a strong background in strategic direction and profitability across various defense and communications sectors, David has held critical roles at Roke, SELEX Communications, and BAE Systems. David holds a BSc Hons in Communications and Electronic Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, attained between 1980 and 1985.
