Forensic Media Examiner at Lewis Communications

Ted Lewis has worked in the field of media and communications since 1956. Ted began their career in the US Navy as a Radarman/Electronic Countermeasures, where they specialized in Electronic Countermeasures of unfriendly radar radio & fire control systems. In 1963, Ted moved to Michigan State University, where they served as Manager/Chief Engineer/Media Center. In this role, they designed sound and acoustics for campus rooms, Spartan Stadium, Munn Ice arena, Classrooms, and oversaw and maintained all AV equipment and Two-Way radio equipment on campus. Ted also assisted the Michigan State Police with technical matters and designed and mixed sound systems for live presentations for popular entertainment groups. Finally, in 1980, Ted started their own business, Lewis Communications, where they work as a Forensic Media Examiner. In this role, they analyze audio & video recordings and generates reports and provides expert testimony in many States. Ted also provides Electronic Countermeasure services (wiretap and eavesdropping discovery) for Government, Corporate and individual clients.

Ted Lewis attended Michigan State University from 1963 to 1994. Ted also attended Lansing Community College, where they studied Computer Programming. Ted holds a certification from the American Board of Forensic Examiners from the American College of Forensic Examiners.
