Yancy Kamine is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as Area Chef at Levy Motorsports since November 2022, Yancy previously worked as Executive Chef at Morrison Healthcare and Kansas City Zoo. Earlier positions include Executive Sous Chef and Chef Manager at Levy Restaurants and ARAMARK/Benedictine College, respectively. With expertise in food production management, menu planning, staff supervision, and culinary training, Yancy has consistently ensured high standards of food quality and safety. Additionally, Yancy gained valuable experience as Kitchen Manager at ARAMARK/Stephens College and Jina Yoo’s Asian Bistro.
