Kimberly Burke currently serves as the General Manager at Big Woods Restaurant Group since August 2020 and is also a Corporate Events Manager at Levy Restaurants, where responsibilities include managing events at PGA tournaments. Prior to these roles, Kimberly worked as a Benefits Consultant at Aflac, assisting local businesses in providing supplemental benefits at no cost to the employers from May 2016 to August 2020. Kimberly's earlier experience includes serving as a server/bartender at Bloomington Country Club and a coordinator at TJ Maxx, as well as a customer service representative at Peoples State Bank.
