John Nelson is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Levy Restaurants since June 2021, John previously held similar roles at Hotel Murano with Provenance Hotels from July 2015 to June 2020, and as Director of Food & Beverage at Benchmark Resorts & Hotels from 2013 to 2015. Other notable positions include Director of Security and Director of Outlets at W Hotel Seattle from March 2008 to 2013, and General Manager at Belltown Billiards from October 2001 to January 2006.
