Private Events Catering Sales Manager at Levy Restaurants

Carlie Florence has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Carlie started their career in 2003 as an Office Manager at Benich Dental and worked there until 2010. Carlie then joined Ruth's Chris Steak House as a Catering Coordinator, assisting the Sales Manager with event planning responsibilities. In 2011, Carlie was promoted to Director of Sales and Catering Sales Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House, where they planned and organized various functions held at the Embassy Suites and Ruth's Chris Steak House Kennesaw property.

In 2016, Carlie joined the Woodruff Arts Center as a Catering Sales Manager, where their role involved planning events and offering creative cuisine options inspired by the center's artistic atmosphere. Carlie worked there until 2018 when they joined Sizzling Steak Concepts as the Director of Sales, responsible for driving sales growth. Carlie is currently employed at Levy Restaurants as a Catering Sales Manager, a position they started in 2022.

Carlie Florence attended Kennesaw State University from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree. Carlie'sfield of study included Criminal Justice Studies and Forensic Behavioral Sciences. In addition to their degree, Carlie also obtained several certifications over the years. In February 2012, they received their ServSafe Manager certification. In November 2013, they earned their ServSafe Alcohol certification. Carlie went on to obtain another ServSafe Alcohol certification in April 2018 and a ServSafe Manager certification in August 2019. Carlie'smost recent certification, the ServSafe Alcohol certification, was obtained in April 2022 from ServSafe.
