Angelina Martinez has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Angelina began their career in 2002 with Wolfgang Puck Catering, where they worked as a Catering Sales Coordinator and later as an Administrative Assistant to the Managing Partners until 2007. Angelina then joined Walters Golf as a Catering Sales Coordinator from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Angelina joined ARIA Resort & Casino as a Catering Coordinator and worked there until 2012. Angelina subsequently worked at Vdara Hotel & Spa as a Catering & Convention Services Manager from 2012 to 2015.

Angelina then joined Aramark as a Catering Sales Manager at the Washington State Convention Center from 2015 to 2016.
