Giovanni Araldi is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Brand Ambassador at Levoni SpA since September 2020, Giovanni also takes part in Assaggezza - Accademia Levoni, focusing on client training and events. Previously, Giovanni held the position of Sous Chef at PRANDIUM S.R.L. from March 2019 to August 2020 and was the Owner of Pazzi per la Pizza for twelve years, from March 2007 to March 2019. Giovanni's early career includes roles as a Sales Assistant at Gastronomia Iotti and a Cook at Bifi Hotel. Educationally, Giovanni holds a degree in Perito industriale capotecnico from ITI Luigi Galvani and a degree in Aiuto cuoco from Ial cisl viadana.
