Marissa Privilegi has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Marissa started their career at E.W. Howell Co., LLC in 1988 as an Office Manager in New York City. Marissa held this position until 1996. In 1996, they joined Levine Builders as the Vice President of Administration. Recently, they have been promoted to the role of Vice President of Operations.

Marissa Privilegi completed their education at NYU School of Professional Studies from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Certificate in Buildings and Construction with a focus on Construction Management. Following their time at NYU, Marissa pursued further education at CUNY Kingsborough, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Marissa obtained two certifications from Procore Technologies in December 2020: Procore Certified Project Manager (Core Tools) and Procore Certified Project Manager (Project Management).
