Ross Symons is an accomplished IT Operations Manager with extensive experience in systems management and technology implementation. Currently at Levin since June 2023, Ross previously held multiple roles at SilverDoor from June 2013 to June 2023, culminating in the position of Head of Systems. Key responsibilities included overseeing production infrastructure, compliance, and implementing new technology initiatives. Ross developed and managed a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS) while supporting the deployment and maintenance of critical IT services and systems.
