Natalie Ridsdale is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in employee and internal communications, currently serving as the Head of Employee Communications at Levi Strauss & Co. since December 2013. Ridsdale has successfully led various communication initiatives throughout the organization and has progressed through roles such as Sr. Director and Director of Employee Communications. Prior to joining Levi Strauss & Co., Ridsdale worked at Visa as an Online Managing Editor and Senior Editor, where responsibilities included content management for online channels. Early career experience includes editorial roles at Spa magazine, Fleishman-Hillard, Santa Rosa Press Democrat, Oakland Tribune, and Tri-Valley Herald. Ridsdale holds a Master’s degree in Magazine Publishing from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from UCLA.
