Laila Ahmadinejad is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX and creative direction. Currently serving as the Lead UX Designer at Levi Strauss & Co. since August 2022, Laila also founded Proper Rugs in 2009, where heirloom-quality rugs are crafted to narrate stories inspired by ephemeral moments. In addition, Laila operates as a Freelance Creative Director under Proper Design, offering design direction and strategic consulting across various disciplines. Previous roles include UX Lead Consultant and UI/UX Lead at Boyle Software, where Laila worked on optimizing user experiences for clients such as Browns Shoes and SpaceIt. Laila's diverse portfolio includes positions as Art Director at Philadelphia magazine, Creative Director at ProCapital Group, and Senior Designer at Niche Media. Laila holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and has additional education from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
