Alfonso Guevara is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the e-commerce sector. Currently serving as the Director of Front End Technologies IT at Levi Strauss & Co. since April 2017, Alfonso is responsible for areas such as CMS, customization, 3D visualization, and innovation, with a focus on enhancing customer experience through the decoupling of the front end from the e-commerce platform. Prior to this role, Alfonso worked at Walmart Global eCommerce from June 2001 to January 2017, where achievements included leading critical projects as a Principal Software Engineer and developing high-performance applications for the e-commerce platform. Earlier in the career, Alfonso held positions at netcentives as a Senior Software Architect and Software Engineer. Education includes studies at San Francisco State University from 1988 to 1990.
