Dzmitry Seliazniou is a Senior Consultant at LeverX. Dzmitry has also worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the University of Michigan-Flint, a Freelance Content Producer at WDIV-TV, and an Educator for Digital Media Arts at the Lapeer County Education & Technology Center.

Dzmitry’s work experience combines psychology, research, and computer science. Dzmitry's research focuses on revealing more about working memory, how our minds work when evidence is presented, and how the Dempster-Shafer model applies to evidence accumulation.

Dzmitry’s work as an educator has helped high school students learn a wide variety of disciplines and software, including video editing, Adobe and Apple products, and other skills. The students they have taught have gone on to produce an award-winning student-run news program.

Dzmitry Seliazniou has a Masters of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan-Flint, a Bachelors of Science in Research Psychology from the University of Michigan-Flint, and a degree in Psychology from Aquinas College - Grand Rapids. Dzmitry also attended Davison High School.

They are on a team with Linda Loescher - Senior Consultant, US, Michael McManaman - Senior Consultant, US, and Teofil Sawickyj - Senior Consultant, US. Their manager is Christian Hoeninger, Director of Consulting, US.
