Haley Coughlin, AIA, is a Senior Associate and Architect at LEVER Architecture, involved in the design and construction administration for NBCUniversal’s campus redesign, which includes a major office building and mixed-use amenity spaces that enhance creative collaboration. Prior experience at Gensler includes leadership roles as the Performance and Wellness Practice Area Leader and co-leader of the Design Purpose group, focusing on creating inclusive environments for sports and wellness. Notable projects include the Student Athlete High Performance Center at UC Davis and the award-winning Spartan Recreation and Aquatic Center at San Jose State University. Earlier experiences include internships at RNT Architects, Gensler, and Simpson Strong-Tie, where skills in research, design development, and structural testing were honed. Haley holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
