Natalie Herder is a skilled Project Engineer currently employed at Level 10 Construction since November 2021, working on the Paul Ranch Project in Santa Ynez, where responsibilities include developing RFIs and reviewing submittals for compliance with contract documents. Previously, Natalie held project engineering roles at Granite Construction from August 2020 to September 2021 and completed an environmental internship with the same company in summer 2019, gaining valuable experience in project permitting and site inspections. Natalie earned a degree in BioResource and Agricultural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where attendance spanned from September 2016 to July 2020. Additional work experience includes roles in catering and sales, as well as an internship at PCC Structurals, Inc. through a STEM scholars program.
