Rachel Gottlieb has a strong background in user experience and product design. Rachel is currently working as a Senior User Experience Designer at Level Home Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Designer at a freelance capacity from May 2019 to October 2021. Rachel also gained experience as a Product Designer at Yesware from October 2016 to April 2019. Rachel's earlier roles include working as a UX Designer at Buildium LLC from June 2014 to January 2016, a Senior Industrial Designer at Bay Computer Associates from September 2011 to June 2014, a Freelance Designer at Summer Infant from 2009 to 2011, and a Freelance Industrial and Graphic Designer at Bay Computer Associates from 2008 to 2011. Furthermore, they worked as a Designer for the Experimental Toys for Causality and Mind Lab project at Brown University from 2007 to 2008, and as a Designer for the NASA/RISD Suitlock Exploration Project at RISD from 2006 to 2007, where they also served as a Teaching Assistant for Design Principals and History of Industrial Design. Rachel's experience includes conducting user research, designing prototypes, participating in strategy sessions, and collaborating with clients and researchers.
Rachel Gottlieb earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Painting from Washington University in St. Louis, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, attending from 2005 to 2007.
