Ray Emmanuel M.M.P.A.,MDiv has held various roles in the business development and sales industry since 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Federal Account Manager and Director of Business Development at Leneer Data Assurance Solutions. Ray then moved to RAM Consulting Group as the Director of Business Development from 2016 to 2017, where they provided Business Development services, Proposal Management and Staffing. In 2018, they joined Sylver Rain Consulting as the Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for building market position, researching industry trends and tracking individual contributors. Ray currently serves as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Level 5 Consulting.

Ray Emmanuel M.M.P.A.,MDiv has an educational background that spans nearly two decades. Ray began their studies in 2002, earning a BS in Political Science from Coppin State University in 2005. Ray then went on to pursue a Master of Management from University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2013. Most recently, Ray obtained a Master of Divinity from Howard University in 2021.
