Silmar Torres Voth has extensive experience in the marketing and brand management field. Silmar currently serves as the VP Global Marketing for LeVecke Wine, Beer & Spirits, where they lead the brand strategy development and ensures execution excellence for the company's portfolio of brands.

Prior to their role at LeVecke, Silmar worked at Bacardi in various positions. As the Brand Director for Innovation & Incubation Brands, they were responsible for the performance targets of the premium portfolio, as well as the design and implementation of the strategic framework. Silmar also served as the Marketing Director for Mexico, overseeing the strategic, consumer, and customer marketing management for the entire portfolio. In addition, they held the position of Senior Marketing Manager for both the LATAM region and Venezuela, where they led strategic planning and brand programs.

Before joining Bacardi, Silmar worked at CA Ron Santa Teresa as the Category Manager for Premium Wines & New Business. Silmar developed and implemented marketing strategies for existing product lines and new launches, and built a capable marketing team.

Earlier in their career, Silmar gained experience at Moët Hennessy as a Senior Brand Manager, where they devised annual brand plans and implemented marketing activities. Silmar also served as a Brand Champion at The Absolut Company, where they designed and implemented annual brand plans and managed stakeholders.

Silmar began their career as a Senior Consultant at The Media Office TMO.

Throughout their career, Silmar has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, consistently delivering results and driving business growth.

Silmar Torres Voth completed a Global Master's degree in Digital Business at Esden Business School from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, Silmar pursued a Postgraduate degree in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) at Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela. Silmar's undergraduate studies were done at Universidad 'Santa María' from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Communication & Economic Sciences, specializing in Business Communications and Marketing.
