Srini Garikipati has a range of work experience in various positions. Srini started their career in 1996 as an Information Technology Programmer at IBM and worked there until 1999. Then, from 2000 to 2004, they worked at Jones Knowledge as a Project Specialist. In 2005, they joined Lancesoft Inc as the Chief Operating Officer and worked there until 2007. Finally, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Levanture Inc starting from 2007.

Srini Garikipati earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Osmania University, from the years 1988 to 1992.
