Bar Yogev has work experience as a Human Resources Director at Levanon Kogan (LK), starting in August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Fritz Companies from July 2018 to August 2020. Bar also served as a Sports Instructor in the Israel Defense Forces from August 2009 to September 2011.

Bar Yogev received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Reichman University from 2012 to 2015. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Arts in Social Psychology at the same university.
