Prior to this, Michelle served as the Director of Melbourne Zoo at Zoos Victoria, where they were responsible for strategic planning and operational development. Michelle also held the position of Deputy CEO/Chief Corporate Services Officer at YMCA Victoria, the largest YMCA association in the world.
