Yuriy Gofman is a co-founder and consultant at NovaSight since December 2011, specializing in innovative problem-solving approaches, systems analysis, and optimal decision-making strategies. Gofman has served as a lecturer and researcher at Lev Academic Center since September 1999, teaching courses in innovative thinking, modern physics, industrial physics, and specialized physics for computer engineers. With extensive experience managing projects in nuclear metallurgy with organizations such as NLMK Group, JINR, KhNU, and IAEA, Gofman also held a position as a scientist at Technion in 1999 and was an associate professor heading the Radiation Research Department at V. Karazin Kharkiv National University from 1972 to 1998. Gofman earned a Ph.D. in Modern Physics from the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research and a Master of Science in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
