Quint Crispin has over two decades of engineering experience, currently serving as a Design Engineer at Leupold & Stevens, Inc. since August 2003, where initial responsibilities included a role as a Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to this, Quint worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at ATI Wah Chang from March 2000 to August 2003, focusing on process and equipment improvements in the Extrusion department with a strong emphasis on PLC programming, robotics, machine logic, and tooling. Quint holds a degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University, earned between 1994 and 2000.
