Manuela Singer started their work experience in 1998 as a Secretary at Heusch Boesefeldt GmbH, where they worked until 2001. From 2000 to 2001, they also served as an Assistant for national and international Project Management at the same company. In 2002, they joined MorphoSys as a Senior Team Assistant, working in various departments such as CMC & Protein Sciences, Business Development, and International Project Management. Manuela'sresponsibilities included coordinating the back offices for the CMC department, managing emails and tasks, scheduling appointments, assisting with budget and personnel planning, handling invoices and department finances, and organizing internal and external meetings. Manuela worked at MorphoSys until 2022 when they joined Leukocare AG as a Team Assistant Operations.

Manuela Singer attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 1990 to 1997. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Magister with a focus on Romanische Sprachen, Literaturen und Linguistik.
