William Sprecher has a long and varied work experience. William began their career in 2009 as a Contributing Editor and Video Intern for DriverSide. In 2011, they worked as a Product Information Analyst for Pottery Barn. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Space Portal Intern and Cyrospheric Sciences Laboratory Researcher at NASA Ames Research Center and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, respectively. In 2016 and 2017, they were an Electromechanical Engineer Intern and an Electromechanical Engineering Intern at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. In 2018, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Practicum at Amazon Robotics and an Electro Mechanical Engineer at Hill-Rom. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Manufacturing Manager and Director of Manufacturing at Myomo, Inc. and Leuko, respectively.

William Sprecher received their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University College of Engineering in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Media Studies and Politics from the University of San Francisco in 2009.
