Jodie Lynch is an experienced instructional designer and training professional with a diverse background in recruitment and customer service. Currently employed at LetsGetChecked since June 2020, Jodie has held multiple roles, including instructional designer, training coordinator, and workforce coordinator. Prior to this, Jodie worked as an associate recruitment consultant at SThree, focusing on the pharmaceutical and data analytics sectors, and served as a customer service consultant at Link Group. Jodie's earlier experiences include customer engagement, store management, and various sales roles in retail environments. Jodie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Technological University Dublin, completed in 2017.
