Nikhil Kumar Gorantla is an accomplished professional in rural development and governance, currently serving as an Udyami officer and Zonal Manager at LetsEndorse since October 2022. Previously, Nikhil held the position of Campaign Manager at the Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) for a brief period in mid-2022. Nikhil's earlier roles include Program Officer at LetsEndorse, where involvement in the MISSION SWAVALAMBAN initiative took place from March 2020 to June 2022, and a research thesis focused on analyzing the Zero Budget Natural Farming initiative in Kurnool district. Nikhil has also worked as a Project Consultant at the National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, analyzing the Mudra scheme and organizing a national level summit. Other experiences include a Research Intern position at Krishi Vigyan Kendra-CRIDA and Project Assistant at CCN Sahayog farmers. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Rural Development and Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Osmania University.
