Debbie Tim is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Letsema since July 2021, Debbie has previously held significant roles such as Regional Human Resources Director at Sage and Global HR Compliance Program Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. With a background that includes leadership positions in major organizations like Liberty Group South Africa, Exiliti Services, Absa Group, Nedbank, and Accenture, Debbie has consistently demonstrated expertise in building high-performing HR teams, designing and implementing human capital strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation. Debbie holds a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Southern Business School and the Institute of People Management.
